The company

4. Procedure and Method of Destruction of
Personal Information
In
principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has
been achieved, the information will be destroyed without delay. The destruction
procedure and method are as follows.
1. Destruction Procedure
The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) after the purpose of use has been achieved. Destruction is scheduled according to internal policy and other reasons for information protection (refer to Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information). Information will be destroyed after being saved for a specific period of time.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for any purpose other than being held unless required by law.

third party, said party will be notified without delay so the correction can be

The
company shall handle personal information for memberships that have been
canceled or deleted at the request of the user as specified in Retention and
Usage Period of Personal Information. Personal information shall be processed
so it cannot be viewed or used for other purposes.
